The interaction between the work packages and the case studies consists in a two-stage approach, which ensures that every level of the value chain is appropriately addressed and allows for comparisons to be performed.
Due to the central role of innovation in the overall Blue Growth strategy, the SUCCESS case studies will pay a particular attention to the way different forms of innovation will spread along the value chain and impact the competitiveness positions.
