PARTICIPANTS

The SUCCESS consortium includes 24 ocademic partners (universities, research centers) and non-academic partners (industrials, firms) from 11 different countries, all working in the field of european fisheries and aquaculture. 

 

It is composed of a core group of key economist partners, partners covering other areas of expertise, and seafood industry partners, to make sure that all the facets of the issues at stake are approprietly dealt with : social sciences (sociology and psycho-sociology), environmental and ecological sciences, modeling, food industry, market analysis, marketing tools, innovative products, etc.

 

 

The involvement of key stakeholders is also crucial for the success of the project. The anlysis of the value chain and the development of proposals to improve the economic viability of the sector along the value chain depend heavily on the understanding of the underlying processes and key data. Companies, public representatives, etc. will be asked if they want to participate in the project to bring inputs to the partners' analyses and preliminary results.
